The Hail Toyota International Rally enters its second year on the FIA Cross Country World Cup calendar, hosting the season finale on December 6-11.

Located in northern Saudi Arabia, Hail was once a key part of the route taken by pilgrims for the Hajj by camel, and today is better known for its agriculture, in particular wheat and dairy products.

As-Samra Mountain offers an incredible view over the city, while the surrounding desert landscape offers the perfect terrain for rallying.

Motorsport also isn’t new to the city with the Hail Rally first taking place in 2006, later becoming an FIA-sanctioned event in 2008, and has become a key location in the Kingdom hosting the Dakar Rally since 2020.

In fact, the Hail Rally has become an excellent tune-up event for competitors to prepare themselves and their vehicles for the challenge of the Dakar.
